Pension Specialists growth continues at a record pace despite
volatile market environment.

Folsom, CA - January 23, 2009 - Pension Specialists, Inc. (“PSI”), a leading provider of retirement plan services to employers of all sizes, has experienced record growth for a fifth consecutive year.
PSI continues to capitalize on marketplace trends toward open architecture investment flexibility and fully disclosed fees. PSI’s independence and commitment to low-cost investments have been key drivers of this growth.
In addition, during a time period of unprecedented turmoil in the financial services sector, PSI has been able to capture market share by continuing its focus on servicing retirement plans. PSI has consciously avoided other lines of business that have proved detrimental to other providers.
